TenantIQ

Terms of Service

Last updated: April 27, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TenantIQ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TenantIQ is a SaaS dashboard that connects to Microsoft 365 tenants via the Microsoft Graph API to provide license utilization analytics, cost waste identification, subscription health monitoring, renewal tracking, and security posture assessments.

3. Account Registration

You must sign in using a valid Microsoft 365 account with appropriate administrative permissions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities that occur under it.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

TenantIQ offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Growth, Enterprise). Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically on the same day each month. All fees are charged in advance for the upcoming billing period.

5. Cancellation, Downgrade, and Refunds

You may cancel or downgrade your plan at any time from the Settings page inside TenantIQ. The following terms apply:

  • Access through period end. When you cancel or downgrade, your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period already paid for. You will not be charged again after that date.
  • No mid-cycle prorated refunds. If you cancel or downgrade after a billing charge has already been processed for the current period, no prorated refund is issued for unused days in that period. Your paid access continues until the period ends.
  • Proactive cancellation is your responsibility. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel or downgrade before your renewal date. We recommend doing so at least 24 hours in advance. TenantIQ sends renewal reminder emails to help you plan ahead — you can enable these in Settings.
  • 14-day refund for new subscriptions. If you subscribe to a paid plan for the first time and cancel within 14 days of that initial charge, you may request a full refund under our Refund Policy. This applies to first-time charges only and does not extend to renewal charges.
  • Post-renewal refund requests. Refund requests made after the 14-day initial window, or for any renewal charge, are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Contact support@tenantiq.tech within 48 hours of the charge with your reason.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or interfere with the Service's operation.

7. Data and Privacy

We access your Microsoft 365 data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TenantIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
